Owner Onboarding Process

Process for onboarding a new property owner and their rental property into the Jevons Property Management portfolio.

Jevons Property Management accepts properties in Yakima, King, Pierce, and Grant counties (Washington State) only.

Onboarding Steps

    Property Owner

    Initial inquiry via jevonsproperties.com contact form, phone, or referral

    Outcome: Inquiry received; owner qualified by county and property type

    Property assessment: review address, current rent, condition, and market rate

    Outcome: Rental analysis provided; fees quoted per SFR or MF schedule

    Execute Property Management Agreement

    Outcome: Signed agreement on file; management relationship established

    Jevons Property Management

    Set up property in AppFolio: enter unit details, square footage, beds/baths, current rent, owner banking

    Outcome: Property record active in AppFolio

    Jevons Property Management

    Transfer existing tenant records if property is occupied: lease review, tenant portal activation, contact verification

    Outcome: Tenant(s) onboarded into AppFolio; rent collection routed to Jevons trust account

    If vacant: create listing, schedule photography, publish to Zillow and syndicated platforms
